A review

It was an absolutely unforgettable trip. The place is magical, the homestay a totally new experience (esp for my 7 year old son, who has never really stayed in a village ...) and the environment breathtaking. Gyatso and Samsay, Sangdip and Granny and all their animals have become lifelong friends. We are certain to come back (esp since we didn't get lucky enough with the weather to see Kanchenjunga!. We truly felt part of the family. Only one suggestion for anyone planning to visit... go to the local gym a couple of weeks before heading out here... it's quite a walk but thoroughly enjoyable.
And you leave completely fit! Thanks for a wonderful time!
