Far from the crazy world

All through my stay here, I was bowled by the hospitality extended to me by Gyatso and his family - they made sure that I was comfortable and was attended to at all times. I was shown this absolutely beautiful place around by a few of Gyatso's friends and I must say that that I formed a bond with it- the simple hard working people, the gurgling river, the majestic mountains, the aromatic smell of burning wood , the rickety bamboo bridge.. all in all an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interesting in knowing more about the Lepchas and for experiencing nature up close.‎
